1. What we collect
This site does not require an account and does not ask for personal details. Like most websites, our hosting may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
2. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly functional, needed to deliver the pages you request.
3. Third-party data
Race card data is fetched from third-party data providers when you load a page. Those providers may see the technical request needed to serve the data, but we do not send them any personal information about you.
4. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over any personal data held about you, including access, correction and deletion. Because we collect so little, there is usually nothing to request — but you can ask via the contact page.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
